And he has bootstrapped & sold a start-up of his own.

BK Shivani

Sister Shivani is a well received and well known spiritual teacher across different parts of the world. She is a gold medalist in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the Pune University and an entrepreneur who successfully ran a software company for few years. She is closely associated with the Brahma Kumaris for more than 15 years and is credited with demystifying various dimensions of spirituality and make it accessible for the masses through the flagship program of 'Awakening with Brahma Kumaris' for quite some years now.

the Brahma Kumaris have created SPIR-IT Summit at the intersection of Leadership-Technology-Consciousness; the first of its kind in India.


SPIR-IT Summit is a conference on Leadership, Consciousness and Technology, the first of its kind in India. SPIR-IT Summit was created to shift the focus back to the human ‘being’, instead of the human ‘doing’. SPIR-IT Summit helps to brethren the IT and related organizations to develop personal strategies to lead a purposeful, contended, joyful and empowered life.

CXO Dialogue

CXO Dialogue is a part of SPIR-IT Summit. The next dialogue in the series is organized in Delhi - NCR, on Tuesday, 27th February 2018, is a half-day program exclusively for CXOs/decision-makers limited to 70 participants. This group will be in dialogue about creating structures of well-being for the Self and the Organizations they lead by learning about ‘Leading the Self’.
