BK Shivani

Sister Shivani is a well received and well known spiritual teacher across different parts of the world. She is a gold medalist in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the Pune University and an entrepreneur who successfully ran a software company for few years. She is closely associated with the Brahma Kumaris for more than 15 years and is credited with demystifying various dimensions of spirituality and make it accessible for the masses through the flagship program of 'Awakening with Brahma Kumaris' for quite some years now.

Arun Wakhlu

Arun Wakhlu is the author of the award winning book "Managing from the Heart", and founder-chairman of Pragati Leadership. He is the Course Director for a programme on “Ethics in Public Governance”, designed for senior members of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and Indian Police Service (IPS). It is conducted under the auspices of the Initiatives of Change Centre for Governance (ICCfG) New Delhi, India. Arun has a BE from Indian Institute of Technology (Delhi) in Electrical Engineering (76) and a post-graduate diploma course in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad (PGP 80).

Mrityunjay Singh

Mritunjay Singh (Munjay) is the Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer for Persistent Systems. He brings over 20 years of operations experience at startups and large companies in India and abroad in the Financial Service and Insurance, Retail and Manufacturing industries. Munjay has held various senior level positions in Account Management, Delivery Management and Development Center Management at Infosys, Kanbay, S3C and Tata Steel. Munjay has a Bachelor's Degree in Technology in Electronics & Communications from IIT BHU, Varanasi.

Prof. Raj Raghunathan

He earned his PhD from the Stern School of Business at New York University and is currently employed as a professor of marketing at the McCombs School of Business, the University of Texas at Austin. Raj’s work juxtaposes theories from psychology, behavioral sciences, decision theory and marketing to document and explain interrelationships between affect and consumption behavior. Raj’s work has been published in top marketing and psychology journals such as, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology, Journal of Marketing, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Motivation and Emotion, and the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology. His work has also been cited in the popular press, such as The New York Times, the Austin American Statesman, and Self magazine. Raj was recognized as a Marketing Science Young Scholar in 2005 for his contributions to the field of Marketing, and was recently awarded the prestigious NSF Career Award (for $440,000).

Smita Nair Jain

Smita Nair Jain is the Chief Operating Officer at Barclays Technology Centre (India). She leads Strategic Client Management, Organizational Capability Development & Business Strategy among other responsibilities at Barclays. She has more than two decades of experience in various top tier companies like Accenture, Mphasis, Prudential Insurance & DHL. Smita Jain is a passionate advocate of Civil Rights & Social Action, Education, Environment & Poverty Alleviation with special focus on Children. She is also a Motivational Speaker.

Dr. Pramod Tripathi

Dr. Pramod has helped hundreds of people lose weight; get rid of diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol and thyroid medications through natural changes in habits related to food, exercise and positivity. He is one of the most prominent leaders’ in the field of holistic health and stress management. Dr. Deepak Shikarpur

Deepak Shikarpur an IT Engineer with global repute. He is a Hon. Fellow of Maharashtra Academy of Science, Computer Society of India and a Hon. Fellow of Institution of Engineers. Dr Deepak was employed in the IT department of Telco, now Tata Motors from 1985 till July 2000. He single handedly pioneered development and marketing of the Software Product, Turbo Analyst, for bringing discipline in software development life-cycle. He was awarded with Best Software Product award in 1995 by Computer Society of India. He is a technopreneur since August 2001 and is now Director with IT ventures Autoline Design Software Pvt ltd, and Seed Infotech Ltd. He is member of Global Advisory Boards of Saama Tech USA, Quality Assurance Institute inc with offices in 6 countries.

Pravin Karve

Pravin has been associated with The Art of Living for the last 10 years. He is a well known Faculty for the Happiness Program & APEX Program of The Art of Living. Pravin has closely worked with several IT professionals in Pune to help them lead stress free life through the Art of Breathing.

Pravin is a Mechanical Engineer by profession & works as Executive Vice President at Thermax, Pune.

Meera Vaghani

Meera is an avid Yoga follower and devotes a major part of her day in the yoga ecosystem, perfecting the process of yoga and a devout passion of partaking what she has imbibed. Besides her yoga she is a concerned and affectionate mother of two boys. During a tour of the Shantisarovar Retreat Center

       the IT Minister of Telangana, KT Rama Rao Jr, was inspired by the Spirituality in IT (SIT) retreats that had been going on for over 3 years.

Upon his request and with the support of HYSEA (Hyderabad Software Exporters Associations),

the Brahma Kumaris have created SPIR-IT Summit at the intersection of Leadership-Technology-Consciousness; the first of its kind in India.
